It’s All About Hope
Nisa Helpline is a Confidential, Anonymous & Free 16-hr helpline for Muslim women across North America that offers mental health support and peer counselling, seven days a week from 8 AM to Midnight ET.
Nisa Helpline is a project of Nisa Foundation (a registered charity in Canada), that offers peer-to-peer counselling, support in creating action plans, referrals, emotional and spiritual support and encouragement to women.

What we do
The team at Nisa Helpline who answers your calls are peer counsellors that show respect at every interaction and provide help and guidance for issues such as, but not limited to:

Who are we
Nisa Helpline is a non-profit organization launched in 2014. We assist Muslim women across North America seeking confidential, peer-to-peer counselling on a variety of issues. With the grace of Allah SWT, Nisa Helpline is blessed to have a dynamic team of dedicated volunteers and administrative staff, who work tirelessly to keep the Helpline going.
